Gold Leaf is Annapolis, Maryland's premium cannabis dispensary. We scaled their e-commerce operation and delivery service through digital channels.

A premium product in a crowded and legally constrained market. The brand was strong in-store, but online channels were underperforming and the delivery service had low awareness.
The Approach
SEO-first content strategy targeting Maryland cannabis search intent. Loyalty app launch campaigns via email and SMS. Geo-targeted campaigns for the delivery service within legal constraints.
The Outcome
Online revenue grew about 2.1× over the engagement. The loyalty app passed 9k downloads in six months. Delivery repeat rate reached 36%. Average order value rose roughly 45% with bundled recommendations.
